Howard Edward Lockard

Howard Edward Lockard, age 79, passed away peacefully at home on April 20, 2025. He was born, one of eight, on December 4, 1945 to the late Earl and Goldie Lockard. He is the beloved husband of over 43 years to Sharon Lockard; devoted father of Russell Lockard, Lisa Wheeler and her husband Ronald, Melissa Swanke and her husband Matthew, April Young and her fiancé Derek Parr, Denise Roshto and her husband Aaron, Kayla Lockard, Anthony Lockard, and Daniel Lockard; loving Pop of Larry, Zach, Mason, Savanna, Leah, Braiden, Alyssa, Bryce, Quincy and great granddaughter Laci; also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Road, Halethorpe MD 21227 on Friday from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will take place Saturday at 12pm. Interment is private. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Howard's memory to the American Cancer Society.
