On August 5th, 2019, Gloria "Suzie" Rhodes passed away. She was the loving wife of the late Roy Lee Rhodes; devoted mother of Scott Alloway, Kevin Rhodes, Sr. and his significant other Christelle, and Barbara Haas and her husband Michael Haas, Sr.; cherished grandmother of Ryan Alloway, Jessica Alloway, Amanda Spurgeon, Michael Haas, Jr., Alyssa Rhodes, Joshua Rhodes, Kevin Rhodes, Jr., Brielle Hess, and one great grandchild on the way; dear sister of Shirley Chess and Keith Alloway.
Family and friends may call at the family own Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Sunday, August 11 from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Monday, August 12 at 12:30 PM. Interment will immediately follow at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery.
