Gladys Hardin
April 22, 1926 — July 6, 2014
Gladys passed away on July 6, 2014. She was born on April 22, 1926 to the late Wilbur and Frieda Pear. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 59 years, Daniel Thomas Hardin, Sr. as well as her son Daniel Thomas Hardin, Jr. and daughter Linda Louise.
Gladys grew up in Pigtown and resided in Riverview for over 20 years. She attended First Baptist Church of Lansdowne for most of her life before moving first to Florida and then to BelAir, MD.
Gladys is survived by her son Minor N. Hardin and daughter in law Alaine (cookie), her daughter Pamela G. Wirt and son in law Edward, her son Mark and daughter in law Sandi, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A public viewing will be held at our Lansdowne location on Wednesday July 9 from 3-5pm and 7-9pm. There will be a funeral service held on Thursday at 11am followed by interment in Meadowridge Memorial Park.
