Frank Simmonds, Iii

On January 23, 2023, Frank Hudson Simmonds, III, age 69, peacefully passed away.

Frank was an avid boater and fisherman. In retirement, Frank earned his USCG Captain's license in 2019. He extended his love of the water by captaining cruises to vacationers in Ocean City, Maryland. Frank also enjoyed the hobby of penmaking. He created lathe-turned pens using exotic woods and other unique materials.

He is survived by his beloved wife, V. Donna Simmonds, loving son, Frank H. Simmonds, IV, and predeceased by his son, Neil S. Simmonds; dear brother of Stanley F. Simmonds, caring brother-in-law of Mary E. S. Simmonds and dear uncle to Shawn and Scott Simmonds and their families.

Family and friends are welcome to gather on Friday, February 3rd from 12 PM to 1 PM at Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus, where a memorial service will begin at 1 PM.
