Frances Simon
December 2, 1928 — January 8, 2014
On January 8, 2014, Frances L. Simon passed away. She was the loving wife of the late Walter M. Simon, Jr., devoted mother of Heidi Jacobson and her husband Alan; cherished grandmother of Sean Michael Fitchett; dear sister of Klaus Binder, Erika Hofmann, Monika Studer, and the late Erik Binder; dear sister-in-law of Bernadette Simon, Betty Dix Miller, and the late Louise Feimer; loving aunt of Susan Gallagher, her husband Michael and their children Peter and Laura; and Elisa Minarick, her husband John, and their children Jack and Elizabeth. Frances is also survived by many other loving family and friends.
There will be a public viewing held at our Arbutus location on Sunday, January 12 from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM.
A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Monday, January 13, at 10 AM.
Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
