Frances Delcher

On August 19, 2013 Frances W. Delcher (nee Wills) peacefully left this earth; loving daughter of the late Herbert and Roma Wills; beloved wife of Leo E. Delcher; cherished mother of Carol (and her husband Nelson) Davis; grandmother of Joshua and Jacob; also survived by her sister-in-law Peggy Eder. Relatives and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc. 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd. Arbutus, on Fri from 3-5 and 7-9pm, where a Funeral Service will be held Sat at 10am.
