Born on October 26th, 1937 to the late Marie and late Francis Carnes, she was the loving wife of William Cromer; devoted mother of Kathleen Pratt and husband Sam, Brian S. Cromer and wife Kelly, Chris Cromer and wife Tracey; cherished grandmother of Caitlin Loughran, Maureen Cromer, Brian Liam Cromer, Erin Pratt, Lauren Cromer, Alina Cromer, Amanda Cromer, and several great grandchildren. Frances was preceded in death by her son the late John Cromer.
