Eugene Kakalec, Jr.

Peacefully on March 3, 2021 Eugene Nicholas Kakalec, Jr. passed away.  He was the beloved husband of Melissa; devoted son of the late Eugene, Sr. and Elizabeth Kakalec; adored father of Lynn, Pamela, Laura, Meghan, Catherine, and Erin; cherished Papa of Alyssa, Jada, Jonathan, Mia, Ronan, and counting; dear brother of Michael, Mark, Karen and the late Paul; Gene is survived by many loving relatives and friends.

Family members and friends will gather to celebrate Gene's life on Wednesday from 10am-12pm in our Arbutus location.  The service will be held graveside at 1pm at the Holy Trinity Russian Orthodox Cemetery in Elkridge.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the American Heart Association in Gene’s name.
