Ernest Mills, Jr.

On September 12th, 2020, Ernest "Sonny" Mills, Jr. passed away. Born on September 18, 1938 to the late Evelyn and late Ernest Mills, Sr., Sonny was the loving husband of Barbara Mills; devoted father of Timothy E. Mills and his wife Karen, Susan Urban and her husband Craig; cherished grandfather of Ashley Gunning, Shannon O'Brien and her husband Nick O'Brien, Tiffany Stanson and her husband BJ; loving great grandfather of Sage Gunning, Camden Stanson; dear brother of Linda Meister, the late Bob Mills, the late Tommy Mills, and the late Evelyn Williams.

Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Tuesday, September 15th from 3 PM to 5 PM and 7 PM to 9 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 16th at 12 Noon. Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery.
