Edward Mellott

Edward Lee Mellott of Jessup, MD, passed away on January 14th, 2023 at the Hospice of the Chesapeake. Eddie fell on December 7th  and broke his left femur and multiple health issues developed which succumbed to this accident.

Edward was born on December 23, 1949 in Scaggsville, MD to the late Martha F. and Maple C. Mellott. He was the youngest of ten siblings. He is survived by his son Sammy, and sisters Sandra M. Clevenger (& her husband Glenn H.) of Eastern Shore, MD and Martha Ann James (& her husband Roy H.) of Pelion, SC and multiple cousins, nieces, and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held at Meadowridge Memorial Park on Thursday, January 19th at 10:45am. In lieu of flowers, the family requests you visit Tributecenterstore.com and plant a memorial tree in Edward’s memory.
