Edith Schultz

On January 13th, 2021 Edith W. Schultz (nee Edmonds) of Halethorpe, Md. formally of Violetville and Linthicum passed away at age 96. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard D. Schultz and devoted mother of Gloria and Walden Melnick and Kathleen and Wayne Mathias; cherished grandmother of Kelley and Donnie, David and Sarah, and Amy and Mark; loving great grandmother of six: Hannah, Caleb, Samuel,Tyler, Brooke, and Chase; beloved god-mother to Nancy; and lovingly remembered as Aunt Edie by many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Monday, January 18th from 4 PM to 8 PM, where a funeral service will be held on Tuesday, January 19th at 12 PM. Interment will immediately follow at Loudon Park Cemetery. Donations may be made in Edith's name to Gilchrist Hospice Care or a charity of your choosing.
