Edith Olson

Edith Olson, age 82, passed away peacefully on April 29, 2017. She is the beloved wife of Melvin Olson; devoted mother of Diana Hammonds and her spouse Dean Davidson, Janet Roberts and her husband Paul, Judy Olson, and Dale Olson and his wife Christine Olson; loving grandmother of Scott Hammonds, Kevin Hammonds, Kristin Burkhardt, Kim Holmes, Dean Lally, Sarah Lally, David Olson, and Jillian Olson; dear great grandmother of Bradley, Brooke, Bethany, Owen, and Ella; caring sister of Helga Price and Ursula Spilger.

A memorial service will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus, MD 21227 on Saturday at 11am. Edith's favorite color was red. At the family's request, to honor Edith, wear red at the memorial service if able. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Edith’s memory to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22718, Oklahoma City, OK 73123.
