E. Vance Meister, age 69, passed away on May 17, 2017 in Annapolis, Maryland. Vance was born as Edward Vance Meister on July 10, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland to Ida Irene Meister (nee Marcum) and the late Edward C. Meister. Vance is the beloved husband of Linda L. Meister; loving father of Tori Miller and her husband William, Erik Meister and his wife Khalia and Chris Vance Meister; cherished grandfather of Kimberley and Kyle Edward; dear brother of Pat Tuminello and her husband Joe and Bob Meister and his wife Bev; devoted favorite uncle of numerous nieces and nephews other loving relatives and friends.
Family members and friends will honor Vance’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME OF LANSDOWNE, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., with a public viewing on Wed., 5/24/17 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm where a funeral service will follow on Thursday, 5/25/17 beginning at 11am. Interment to follow in Loudon Park Cemetery.
