Dorothy Roberts

DOROTHY L. ROBERTS, 94, widow of the late Marshall "Dick" Roberts, passed away Friday, October 5, 2012 at Oakleaf Village at Thorneblade after suffering a stroke related to Alzheimer's. She was born in Frankfort, KY on July 26, 1918 to the late Ben an Lula Conway. She was the last surviving member of 14 siblings.
She is survived by a son, Marshall T. Roberts and special friend Angel Thompson of Simpsonville, SC; a daughter, Debbie Roberts-Keene and husband Daniel of Simpsonville, SC; four grandchildren, Timothy Roberts and wife Shelli, Jennifer Shiseflett and husband Jason, Andrew Keene and wife Amber, and Father Christopher Keene; 6 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and a dear sister-in-law, Louise Conway of Frankfort, KY. She was predeceased by a granddaughter, Barbara Ann Roberts.
Family members and friends will honor Dorothy's life at our Arbutus location on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 from 10am -12pm where a funeral service will follow beginning at 12pm.Interment to follow in Loudon Park Cemetery.
