Donald Charles Lopez, Jr.

Donald Charles Lopez, Jr., age 78, sadly passed away on August 31, 2023. Donald was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Donald Charles Lopez, Sr. and the late Ann Dolores Lopez (nee Remeikis). He is the beloved brother of Ricardo Lopez and Gregory Lopez; loving brother-in-law of Cheryl; caring uncle of Lisa Dickey (and husband Jamie), David Lopez (and wife Valerie), Chrysta Lopez, and Jeanine Kaminski (and husband Justin); cherished great-uncle of Grace, Gunnar, Gage, Elizabeth, Abigail, and Jonathan Joseph. Donald is also survived by many other loving family members and friends. “He’s gone off to the great racetrack in the sky.”

Family and friends may gather at Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Friday, September 8 from 2:00-4:00pm and 6:00-8:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic Church, 717 Maiden Choice Ln. Catonsville, MD 21228 on Saturday, September 9 at 11:00am. Interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on Monday, September 11 at 11:30am. If you're wishing to make a donation, the family requests donations be made in Donald's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
