Donald Grace

On May 28, 2021, surrounded by his family, Donald Grace passed away. He was the devoted son of the late Francis and Florence Grace; beloved husband of Denene Grace; loving father of Amanda Larsen and her husband Jon and Lisa Harvard and her husband Zack; cherished Pop of Wade, Holly, Braedyn, Trenton, Evan, & Natalie; great grandfather of Camden; dear brother of Pat (Ed), Jeanie (John), Carolyn, Richard (Patty), and the late Bill and brother-in-law of Charlene (Mike), Karen (Steve), & Andrea (Scott).  Also survived by many loving cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.

Donald was a kind, caring soul gone too soon.  He always had a smile on his face.  He was a dedicated, hardworking family man.  He was married to his high school sweetheart, Denene, for 47 years and had two daughters, Amanda and Lisa.  He also enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.  Donald worked as a machinist for 47 years at Koppers then Kaydon Ring and Seal.  He was a great mentor to his coworkers and shared a lot of laughs.  He had a love for cars whether it was working on them, looking at them, or riding in them.  He also enjoyed watching the Ravens and going on fishing trips with the guys.  In 2019 Donald was dealt the unfair hand of a Glioblastoma brain tumor.  He fought with every ounce of his being, but I guess God needed him more. He will always be smiling down on us from above!

Family members and friends will gather in our Arbutus location on Sunday June 6th from 6-8PM and Monday from 3-5 & 7-9PM.  A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday June 8th  at 10AM at the Church of the Ascension in Halethorpe. Interment will immediately follow in the Meadowridge Memorial Park.
