Christina Schlereth

Christina Schlereth, age 74, passed peacefully on January 6th, 2022. Christina was born October 12th 1947 in Baltimore Maryland, to the late William Ferguson & the late Caroline Ferguson. She epitomized “living life to the fullest” and devoted her life to caring and loving those around her. She is the devoted wife of 43 years to Thomas Schlereth; loving mother of Wanda, JoAnn, Kelly, Shawn, & Lori; caring grandmother of Brian, Jessica, Alexandria, Jacob, Donavan, Kayla, Brianna, Taryn, Austin, Beau, Jessica, Herbie, & Alexis; cherished great-grandmother of Ethan; dear sister of Shirley, Annamae, Iris, & Guy. Christina encompassed many endearing friends in her 74 years of life. Christina's presence was warm and impactful in many lives. She will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Family & friends may gather at the family owned & operated Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 to show your respects on Wednesday, January 12th from 3:00-5:00pm & 7:00-9:00pm. A Funeral Service will follow at the funeral home on Thursday, January 13th at 11:00am. In lieu of flowers, donations may kindly be made in Christina’s name to the American Cancer Society to honor her battle.
