Carolyn "Kakie" Gleason

Peacefully on January 22, 2019, Carolyn (Kakie) Gleason passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Theodore R. (Ted) Beatty, and the late William R. (Bill) Gleason; loving mother of Lori Brown, Starlet (and husband David) King, Harvey Ketnor, Bunk Forrester, Theresa (and husband Billy) Russell, and the late Russ Beatty; also survived by many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, her cherished sister Mim Garrison, brother, John " Tootie " Jacobs and sister, Theresa Forrester, and many other loving relatives and friends.

Family and friends may visit at the Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd. on Friday from 3-5, and 7-9pm, where a Funeral Service will be held Saturday at 11:30am. Interment following at Glen Haven Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, the  family requests donations be sent to the funeral home to assist with her funeral expenses.
