Carmen Lee Cooper, age 70, passed away on May 25, 2017 in Washington, DC. Carmen was born on January 22, 1947 in Brunswick, Maryland to the late Raymond Cooper and Evelyn Cooper (nee Hawes). He is the beloved husband of Charlotte Jane Cooper for 50 years. Loving father of Brenda Burch and her late husband Jesse, Kacie McCauley and her husband William, and the late Marcie Cooper; cherished grandfather of Amber, Samantha and Valerie; dear brother of Jackie Cooper, Della Villa, Shirley Jeske and Charles Cooper. Also, survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Family members and friends will honor Carmen’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME, INC. Arbutus with a public viewing on Wednesday, 5/31/17 from 7-9pm. Interment private. In lieu of flowers at the family’s request donations in Carmen’s memory may be made to offset the funeral cost .
