Barbara Rakowski

Barbara L. Rakowski, age 78, passed away peacefully at home on July 6, 2016. She is the beloved mother of Donna Barron Linda (John) Meyer, and Dawn (Joe) Gruber; devoted grandmother of Jodie Barron, David Barron, and Kelsey Meyer; cherished great grandmother of Kaylea Horrocks. Barbara is a former employee of Northrop Grumman. A viewing will be held at Ambrose Funeral Home of Lansdowne 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 on Sunday from 3-5pm and 7-9pm and Monday between 11:30am and 12:30pm. A funeral service will be held Monday at the funeral home at 12:30 followed by burial at Meadowridge Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project 4899 Belfort Road, Suite 300, Jacksonville, Florida 32256.
