Ashley Mekins

Ashley Marie Mekins, age 27, sadly passed away on April 18, 2017 in Arbutus, Maryland. She was born on April 11, 1990 in Baltimore, Maryland to her beloved parents Deana Marcell Rites (nee Spies) and William John Mekins. Ashley is the loving step daughter of Moe Rites and Sarah Mekins; dear sister of Katelyn Schnitker, Josua Saull; cherished granddaughter of James and Mildred Spies. Also, survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, step siblings other loving relatives and friends.
Family members and friends will honor Ashley’s life at the family owned and operated AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME OF LANSDOWNE, 2719 Hammonds Ferry Rd., Lansdowne, MD 21227 with a public viewing on Monday, 4/24/17 from 3-5pm & 7-9pm where a funeral service will follow on Tuesday, 4/25/17 beginning at 11am. Interment to follow in Meadowridge Memorial Park .
