Arthur Welsh

Arthur C. Welsh, age 80, peacefully passed away on December 22, 2021. Arthur was born in Baltimore, Maryland to the late Arthur R. Welsh & the late Sarah A. Welsh (nee Andrews). He is the beloved husband of Deborah M. Welsh; loving father of Susan M. Bass & William A. Welsh; cherished brother of Sarah Ruth Carter, Norma Pace, & Eleanor Small; caring “Granddad” of Justin, Katie, Matthew, Jessica, & Julie; dear great-grandfather of 9 great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his first wife Joyce M. Welsh & his brother James Welsh. Arthur is also survived by many loving friends.

Family & friends may gather at the family owned & operated Ambrose Funeral Home, Inc. 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Halethorpe, MD 21227 for a public visitation on Monday, December 27 from 3:00-5:00pm & 7:00-9:00pm. A funeral service will be held at Arbutus United Methodist Church on Tuesday, December 28 at 12:00pm. Interment will immediately follow at Meadowridge Memorial Park. Following the interment, there will be a luncheon held at Arbutus United Methodist Church. If you’re wishing to make a donation, the family requests donations be made in Arthur’s name to Arbutus United Methodist Church.
