Archbishop Joseph Steward, D.D.

On October 4, 2021, Archbishop Joseph Steward entered into eternal life. He was the beloved husband of Bishop Bill Christ and loving step-father of Patrick Dale Christ. He is also lovingly survived by his staff at the Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel.
Family members and friends will gather on Friday October 15, 2021 from 3-5 and 7-9PM in our Lansdowne location. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday October 16, 2021 at 12noon at the Cathedral of St. Michael the Archangel; 141 Laverne Ave. Halethorpe, MD 21227. The interment will be private.
