James Murphy, Jr.

On February 7th, 2020, James "Murph" Murphy passed away. He was the devoted father of Tere Butrim and her husband Andrew, James Murphy, III, John "Butchie" Murphy and his fiancee Cassandra Kice; cherished grandfather of Cody Murphy, Jordyn Dumps and her husband John, Lee Slenbaker, and his wife Skye, Josh Murphy, and his wife Nicole, loving great grandfather of Landen Slenbaker, Alex Nickeson, Zayden Slenbaker, Emily Murphy, Isabella Murphy; and dear brother of Steve Murphy and his wife Sandy, Eddie Murphy, Josie Imbrogulio, Barbara Wrightsman and her husband Neil, the late Dennis "Twist" Brown and his wife the late Peggy Brown.

Family and friends may call at the family owned Ambrose Funeral Home, 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Saturday, February 15th. Visitation hours will be 3 PM and 5 PM to 7 PM to 9 PM. A funeral service will be held at 8 PM. Cremation will be held privately at a later date.
